Hello friends and family!
I am currently sitting in a Starbucks coffee shop (so much for engaging the culture...) right outside the hotel we are staying at in the heart of Hong Kong. And, while I have so much I could say I unfortunately have about five minutes left on this free wi-fi so I will have to save my rambling blogs for a little while later.
